I really preferred this to Skye's previous two books; they had some ok recipes but most were far too complicated to be fun to try and home and didn't sound like they'd be hugely satisfying after all that effort anyway! In How I Cook on the other hand, home cooking is the focus and everything just looks and sounds much more appealing. A lot of recipes veer rather on the expensive side, especially cuts of meat and seafoods, but not so prohibitive they can't be enjoyed ever! I really liked how as w [...]
